Delivery

What are the delivery costs and options?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Viva Allure uses Royal Mail First Class Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Hermes courier services.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually despatched on the same day.

We provide discreet delivery in plain brown boxes & envelopes so nobody knows what's inside.

Get your order when you want it! Select Choose Your Delivery Day at checkout and have your order delivered to any UK address on any specific day from Tomorrow to any in the next 6 weeks (apart from Sundays and Bank Holidays).

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will explain the options.

Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option. For example, the Royal Mail cannot deliver large items and Interlink courier does not offer a next-day service to some parts of the UK.

If you live in remote parts of the UK and require a next-day delivery service, where possible we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your parcel arrives on time.

The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

What if you're out when your order arrives?

If you're out when the postman calls, your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest Royal Mail delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.

If your parcel is taken to your nearest Post Office, you can collect it there.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest Interlink courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?

If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.

Your privacy is very important to you and to us. So we'll protect the information you share with us. To protect your privacy, Viva Allure follows principles in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We won’t sell or give away your name, address, phone number, email address or any other information to anyone.

We’ll use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your information from unauthorised users.

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you create your account on the site. We use your Personal Information for four primary purposes:

  • To make the site easier for you to use by not having to enter information more than once.
  • To help you quickly find your account and make purchases.
  • To help us create content most relevant to you.
  • To alert you to Viva Allure membership upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from Viva Allure.

If you do not want us to communicate with you about other offers about Viva Allure products, events, or services by email and postal mail you may select the option stating that you do not wish to receive marketing messages from Viva Allure.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in the UK or any other country where Viva Allure, its subsidiaries or affiliates are located.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your user name and password, so do not share these with others.

The Viva Allure website does not publish content that is targeted to children. Parents or guardians: we want to help you guard your children's privacy. We encourage you to talk to your children about safe and responsible use of their Personal Information while using the Internet.

Enforcement

If for some reason you believe Viva Allure has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email at privacy@vivaallure.com, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Be certain the words Privacy Policy are in the Subject line.

Customer Accounts

As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal account. You will be required to assign a unique password to your account, which helps us ensure that only you can access your account.

What we do with the information you share

When you join us, you provide us with your contact information, including your name and email address. We use this information to send you updates about your order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our service and announcements about new and exciting collections that we offer. When you order from us, we ask for your credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the product(s) you order at that time.

We occasionally use other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including mailing and delivering purchases, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registration. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
